Facility System

Environmental sensors, leak detection, paging, sound masking, lighting controls, BMS/BAS and power monitoring integrated with your IT backbone

Low-voltage facility systems on the network

A data hall is full of low-voltage systems that nobody pays attention to until one of them tells you something is wrong. Temperature sensors, humidity probes, leak detection cable, lighting controls, paging and mass notification all need to be cabled in, commissioned and reachable from the platforms your team already monitors.

We install and integrate these systems inside data centers and the support spaces around them. We run the low-voltage cable, mount the sensors and probes, install the controllers and panels and bring the data back to a network the operations team can see.

We integrate where the scope allows: bringing BMS data onto the IT network, tying DCIM into existing sensor infrastructure or feeding mass notification into the corporate paging stack. Where the work is purely structured, we install to the manufacturer’s spec and label every device for the next person on site.

What we install and integrate

Environmental monitoring

Temperature and humidity sensors deployed and cabled across the data hall.

Leak detection

Leak detection cable, controllers and zone mapping tied to the floor plan.

BMS-to-network integration

Bringing building-management data onto the IT network where scope allows.

Lighting controls

Lighting controls and occupancy sensors for the room and support spaces.

Paging and intercom

Paging, intercom and zoned announce systems across the facility.

Sound masking

Sound masking for NOCs and operations spaces.

Mass notification

Mass notification and emergency alerting tied into existing platforms.

DCIM sensor cabling

DCIM-related sensor cabling and probe deployment.

Rack-level probe networks

Power and environmental probe networks at the rack.

Controls cabling and termination

Low-voltage controls cabling and panel termination.

Commissioning and acceptance

Commissioning, testing and acceptance documentation.

Platform integration

Integration with existing monitoring and alerting platforms.

Typical engagements

Environmental monitoring rollout

You need rack-level temperature and humidity data feeding your DCIM. We deploy the sensor network, run the cabling, terminate the controllers and verify every probe is reporting before we leave.

Leak detection retrofit

A legacy room has CRAC units but no leak detection. We install zoned sense cable, mount the controller, map the zones to the floor plan and integrate alerts with your existing monitoring.

Mass-notification install

A campus needs zoned paging and emergency announce across the data hall, NOC and support spaces. We install speakers, zone the system, run the controls and tie everything into the existing paging or notification platform.

Integrated lighting controls

A retrofit needs occupancy-based lighting tied to the BMS. We install the controllers, run the low-voltage, commission the zones and document the configuration.

Adding sensors, leak detection or mass notification?

Tell us the platform, room and timing. We’ll scope the install and the integration in one estimate.
