Cage, white-space and pathway work done to spec
A new cage or capacity expansion lives or dies on what’s above the cabinets and behind the walls. Pathway, containment, distribution areas, bonding and grounding all have to be right before the first server rolls in. Get it wrong and every move-add-change costs twice as much.
We build the fiber and low-voltage infrastructure inside the data center white space. Our crews construct cages and customer cabinets, deploy ladder rack and basket tray, install hot and cold aisle containment, and build out MDA, IDA and HDA distribution areas to TIA standards.
We work alongside operator construction teams, general contractors and your network engineers. The deliverable is a clean, labeled, documented build that’s ready for cabling and live equipment on day one.

Typical engagements
New cage commissioning
A tenant signs for a multi-cabinet footprint. We construct the cage, install cabinets, deploy overhead pathway, lay backbone fiber, ground everything and turn over a documented space ready for the network team.
Capacity expansion
You’re adding rows to an existing room. We extend pathway, run new copper and fiber backbone to a new HDA, install cabinets and containment and tie into the existing distribution without taking adjacent rows offline.
Hot/cold aisle retrofit
A legacy room is wasting cooling. We install aisle containment, blanking panels and overhead seal-off, working in change windows so the room stays in service.
Overhead pathway upgrade
Tray is full and routing is unmanageable. We design a second tier, install the new ladder rack and basket, migrate runs in controlled phases and remove abandoned cable.
